The policy provides cover for Theft, Accidental Damage, Breakdown, Accidental Loss and Accessories purchased from us.
You must have purchased your phone from ourselves in the last 6 months to qualify for insurance on your device.
The insurance policy provides for monthly rolling periods of cover. The insurance starts at the time of purchase for a period of one month and will continue by periods of one month at a time upon receipt of each monthly premium from you.
The monthly premium of will be collected by the policy administrator by Direct Debit.

All claims must be reported to Supercover Insurance Ltd on 0203 794 9300 as soon as is possible but ideally within 48 hours of the discovery of the incident. Shared Plans allow family and friends to share unlimited minutes, unlimited texts, and large bundles of data.
By purchasing a shared plan, the main account holder is 'sharing' their benefits (the 'leader'). A leader must have unlimited minutes & texts and at least 750MB of data to be able to have a sharer plan bolted on to it. Up to four friends or family can then share the data and will each get unlimited calls and texts.
